We are the Knights (that’s pronounced phonetically - cuh-nig-its - as of the movie Monty Python and the Holy Grail) Who Say Cyclic, a group of High School students, all of whom attended 6thgrade at Challenger School. At Challenger, we each gained not only a respect of the English language but also the want to change the world. Our noble mission is to improve America, one step at a time – primarily by improving the U.S.’s tongue and correcting false ideas about how its government functions. It is of my personal opinion that we should all choose a book or two and post on what it is about, and why all the rest of the people in the world should read it. Try not to contain spoilers while still intriuging us.
(I'll start shall I?)

The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie: A Flavia DeLuce Mystery
This charming murder mystery is about an eleven-year-old chemist, Flavia, who absolutly adores poisons. Not that she would ever poison anyone, especially not her sisters... well, not unless they really deserved it... which, of course, they do. And it's not like she actually kills anyone or even seriosly injures them. Then one day Flavia's family finds a dead bird on their doorstep, and a dead man in the cucumbers. Flavia is in no way going to let the police have all the fun of solving a mystery and quickly sets about solving it herself.
I absolutly loved this book. It took me about twice as long as it should have because it was so funny that I kept having to get up and quote it to my family. Flavia is my favorite heroine since... well actually she is my favorite heroin EVER. I highly recomend The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie to anyone who values humor, mystery, stamps, or their friend Baldr not killing them.

So, now that you have my example write your own post about a book! Have fun, and always remember that Sol is about the only one that keeps this going. Thanks Sol.

  1. Just one more thing: A quote so you know who your dealing with when you meet Flavia DeLuce.

“I wish I could say I was afraid, but I wasn’t. Quite the contrary. This was by far the most interesting thing that had ever happened to me in my entire life.”
