We are the Knights (that’s pronounced phonetically - cuh-nig-its - as of the movie Monty Python and the Holy Grail) Who Say Cyclic, a group of High School students, all of whom attended 6thgrade at Challenger School. At Challenger, we each gained not only a respect of the English language but also the want to change the world. Our noble mission is to improve America, one step at a time – primarily by improving the U.S.’s tongue and correcting false ideas about how its government functions. What? You want me to honor you for living to be 15? I don't know... what do you think, Laga/Odin/Baldr?
ReplyDeleteAnd Happy Belated Birthday. Sorry I missed it yesterday, life was a trifle hectic then.
ReplyDeleteThe Unbirthday Song
ReplyDeleteMARCH HARE:
A very merry unbirthday to me
MAD HATTER:
To who?
MARCH HARE:
To me
MAD HATTER:
Oh you!
MARCH HARE:
A very merry unbirthday to you
MAD HATTER:
Who me?
MARCH HARE:
Yes, you!
MAD HATTER:
Oh, me!
MARCH HARE:
Let's all congratulate us with another cup of tea
A very merry unbirthday to you!
MAD HATTER:
Now, statistics prove, prove that you've one birthday
MARCH HARE:
Imagine, just one birthday every year
MAD HATTER:
Ah, but there are three hundred and sixty four unbirthdays!
MARCH HARE:
Precisely why we're gathered here to cheer
BOTH:
A very merry unbirthday to you, to you
ALICE:
To me?
MAD HATTER:
To you!
BOTH:
A very merry unbirthday
ALICE:
For me?
MARCH HARE:
For you!
MAD HATTER:
Now blow the candle out my dear
And make your wish come true
BOTH:
A merry merry unbirthday to you!
Happy (Un)Birthday, Mira. I hope this very nonsensical song makes you (my most nonsensical friend) smile a lot. Happy fifteen!!!
ReplyDelete~laga
=) I know it made ME smile. Thanks for sharing Laga, that was great. =)
ReplyDeleteHAHAHAHA thank you very much Laga! And UNthank you very much Sol! :D I do agree, it was great.
ReplyDeleteSo in a year you'll have your driver's licence... At least be eligible for it... Scary.
ReplyDeleteWell, Mira can't be nearly as bad on the road as me! =)
ReplyDelete...as bad on the road as I, Laga, as I. 12 years of Challenger, come on!
ReplyDeleteNope I'm actually eligible this year :D And, ahem, Sol. I am severely offended. I have been driving since I was 4! I am quite good. And Laga, ahahahahaa Sol got you there. ^-^
ReplyDeleteOh, right, GoCarts. I don't think that counts. And I don't believe that you've been driving since you were four.
ReplyDeleteI accept your correction of my grammar, and implore forgiveness. Does anybody want to start a cool word list/war? I think my arsenal of appropriate words is large enough now. =)
ReplyDeleteFunny, I was just considering propose an Olde English (or, more appropriately, MIDDLE English right Baldr and Laga???) contest. I think either would be enjoyable. I WOULD call for a vote, but without a Constitution (or, really, any checks/balances at all)... I'm not inclined to do so. Ergo, I declare myself open to opinions, preferences, partiality, and biases... Is either option anyone's "cup of tea?"
ReplyDeleteAnd Laga you are moste graciously excused =)
ReplyDeleteI agree with both of you!
ReplyDeleteExcept for Sol on about half of the above comments
ReplyDeleteOh, well, exCUSE me for being LOGICAL. So you can't help us decide which tournament shalt commence first?
ReplyDeleteBledleeedleeeee
ReplyDeleteUmm... no one ever picked this conversation up... so, to get up back on topic, who's up for a Word tournament or Middle English tournament??? Instead of voting, I propose each cuhnigit states his/her view and then supports it with reason... and logic... if you can handle that Mira...
ReplyDeleteHmm... both sound enjoyable to moi. :) And there's no reason that we can't do both, no?
ReplyDeleteNo indeed. So, agreed? Both shall start?
